    Hi Erica,

Within Miradi there are two ways to store associated files: You can upload files to store on the Miradi servers (as you noted, there is currently a 20 document limit), or you can hyperlink to files stored on your own servers. With either option, I believe you should be able to use Miradi as a "one-stop-shop" since people can access all the related files from within their Miradi project whether they are stored on Miradi servers or your own servers.

One advantage to using the Links feature in Miradi and linking to files on your own servers is that you can set up higher level folders on your servers to store the strategic plans, donor proposals, etc. and link to that folder, rather than trying to manage a long list of individual documents in Miradi. Using the Links feature in Miradi also allows people to open the document right in their browser, rather than having to download the document.

If using the hyperlink feature and storing the documents on your own servers doesn't work for you, please let us know and we can increase the file limit in Miradi.

Regarding making files (images and documents) stored in the Files + Links section available to the slide show and/or report documents would take some development work. These are currently separate content databases. We'll added this feature to our roadmap for future development.
