Miradi recently switched to a new identity provider (Zitadel) so the login process and account recovery process looks a little different. You can now log in using an email and a password, or using a linked account (Google, Microsoft). The old identity provider, Keystone, will only be used to validate your Miradi account for access to the Miradi API. Learn more about managing your Keystone account information.

I forgot my Miradi username or email address
Miradi now supports two ways to access Miradi Share: You can log in using an email address and password, or you can sign in with a linked account, Google or Microsoft.
If you sign in with a linked account, you will need to manage your account information (Name and Password) using Google or Microsoft. You cannot manage your linked account information using Miradi.
If you use a password to sign in to Miradi, navigate to Login in the upper right of the Miradi window and enter the email address you use to access Miradi. If you can not remember your email address, try entering your username. If you can not remember your username or email, contact Miradi Support.
If Miradi recognizes either your username or your email address, you will receive an email with a code to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to validate your account information and set a new password. If you do not receive the email or if you can not validate your account, contact Miradi Support.
