The main navigation menus for programs have been streamlined to provide easier access to program content. In the below sitemap, sections and pages in bold, green text are new, renamed, or moved in the new navigation structure.
Changes in program navigation include:
- The old MEMBERS section is now included as People & Groups under PROGRAM OVERVIEW and PROGRAM ADMIN. Learn more about program-level People & Groups.
- The REPORTS & DATA section is new. Learn more about program-level REPORTS & DATA.

- The old ACTIONS section is now included under REPORTS & DATA.
- The old CLASSIFICATIONS section is now included under REPORTS & DATA.

- The old REPORT MANAGEMENT section is now called PROGRAM ADMIN. This section is still only accessible to Program Admins and Project Editors and it brings together all tools related to managing people and how data is displayed (access, highlights, portfolios, report templates, etc.). View all People & Groups in one place
People and groups associated with Miradi program spaces and the Miradi projects in the program can be found under PROGRAM OVERVIEW / People & Groups. To learn more about managing Miradi access and people and groups, see Program Admin Tools.
Navigate to PROGRAM OVERVIEW / People & Groups to find all of the people who are associated with the Miradi Program and the component Miradi Projects. This new People & Groups page brings together the old Members pages and the old People page.
- For general help on how to use the program-level People & Groups page, select the Help Text icon "?" next to the page heading.
- The Miradi Access panel lists those people with Miradi accounts who have access to the program or the associated Miradi projects.
- Use the Level selector to view a list of Program Members and Project Members and their permissions. People with Program Admin or Program Manager access can manage this list by clicking the "MANAGE MIRADI ACCESS" link to access the Program Admin tools.
- The Team & Partners panel lists all the people and groups who have been added to the Miradi projects within the program space as project resources or as project partners. This list is unrelated to Miradi access. Use the Level selector (5) to view Persons or Groups included in Miradi projects. People with Program Admin or Program Manager access can manage this list by clicking the "MANAGE TEAMS & PARTNERS" link to access the Program Admin tools.
Access all Reports & Data Views in one place
A new REPORTS & DATA section provides a variety of views for working with and exporting data in different ways.
- A new, more comprehensive Dashboard provides a quick view of key program metrics and provides links to the relevant data views. These dashboard charts are not yet customizable.
- Program level Highlights and the Action Chart have not changed: Highlight provides quick access to project portfolios and priority custom data views and the Action Chart summarizes project and strategy progress across all projects in the Miradi program space.
- A new Data Views page provides direct access to all standard and custom data views. Note that Data Views are also still available from the “shortcut” list at the top right of the Miradi program space.
- A new Report Document Export page available to all program viewers provides a list of all the available report document templates within the program. People with access to view project content can run project-level reports directly from this page.
- The Classifications page has not changed, although it is no longer in the main navigation menu. All standard and program-specific classifications used within the program space can be viewed and exported from this page.
Find all Program Admin Tools in one place
Any pages related to managing users and how data is displayed (access, project versions, highlights, portfolios etc.) are now found in the PROGRAM ADMIN sections. (This section was formerly called Report Management.) These sections are only accessible to Miradi users with appropriate permissions:
NOTE: Only Program Admins and Program Managers can access the PROGRAM ADMIN section. Project Editors can also access this section to use the Bulk Import tools to bulk import / edit data for their projects.
The pages within the PROGRAM ADMIN section support managing access to and display of program and project-level data:
- Miradi Access: (formerly Members) Manage Miradi user access to the program and the projects within the program.
- Team & Partners: (formerly People) Manage all project resources, teams, and partners.
- Highlights: Create and manage sets of custom data views for quick access on the REPORTS & DATA / Highlights page.
- Portfolios: Create and manage portfolios of projects.
- Custom Data Views: Manage all custom data views visible to all program viewers on the REPORTS & DATA / Custom Data Views page.
- Report Document Templates: Create, edit and manage report document templates and assign them to projects within the program.
- Bulk Import: Import or edit data associated with a variety of Miradi factors (Activities, Indicators, etc) for one or more projects within the program.
