Help Center articles
In these early days of the Help Center, most of the content will be available as articles. Use the Search field at the top of every page and on the Help Center home page to look for articles related to common questions and commonly-used features. If you would like us to provide more information about a specific topic, please let us know.
Community Forum
The Community Forum provides a space where Miradi users can ask questions, post responses to questions, and communicate with other Miradi users. The Forum allows you to set up your own account and follow your favorite topics, specific questions, and authors.
We hope members of the Miradi community will help curate topic areas in the Forum. If you are an active user of Miradi, like helping other people, and are interested in having a more direct line of input to future Miradi development, please let us know and we will engage you as we develop the Community Forum.
Miradi YouTube
The Miradi YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/MiradiSupport) includes videos covering basic Miradi features online and in Miradi desktop, as well as some basic overviews of what Miradi is intended to do for conservation practitioners.
Technical Support
If you need help using Miradi or accessing your Miradi project or team/program space, please send us a message using the Submit a Request tool and we will respond via email as soon as possible.
If you would like additional technical support for yourself or your team, you can purchase additional support customized for your needs. We can provide support via online or in-person trainings, development of customized data views and reports, or through tailored guidance on how to make sure your Miradi data is accurate and accessible. Submit a Request and we'll contact you to figure out a technical support package that would work for you.
