Miradi Share helps Miradi project owners and Miradi program administrators manage people's access to Miradi data by allowing them to define access across multiple dimensions.
These are the key dimensions. Click on a dimension to find out how to view and edit it in Miradi:
- Program Status and "Standalone Projects": this is the access status of programs (including the Standalone space)
- Project Access State: this is the access status of projects
- User Roles - Project Members and Program Members: this is the user's status in Miradi (logged-in or anonymous), and their membership and roles, if any, within programs and projects
- Project Data Privacy - Set up Redaction Rules for a Program: this defines which data fields, if any, are private for projects within a program
The above dimensions are then applied to the actions available to Miradi users. The important actions include:
- Creating and deleting projects
- Viewing, editing, importing, downloading, and deleting project data
- Editing user roles
- Editing program data
- Miradi project Check-in and Check-out Permissions
Permissions for the above actions according to the above dimensions are detailed in the Miradi Permissions Matrix. Note that there are two sheets in this matrix:
