Work planning tools in Miradi Share
Thanks to generous donations from Northern Land Council and Bush Heritage Australia, detailed work planning tools are now available in Miradi Share. The Miradi Team extends a huge Thank You to these organizations for helping to bring Miradi work planning tools online!
Use the new Miradi Share work planning tools to develop and manage budgets tied directly to your theories of change:
Use the new Work Plan Hub to access all of your work plan data.
Develop work plan views for all strategies in your Miradi project, or for individual results chains.
Use work plan views to develop high-level budget forecasts for multiple years, or detailed budgets for the current year.
Manage assignments and expenses at monthly, quarterly, or yearly time scales.
Standardize work planning across strategies and across Miradi projects by copying work plan views.
Export custom work plan views to Excel.
Compatibility with Miradi Desktop: If you currently develop and manage work planning data in Miradi Desktop, all of your data will also be available through the new work planning tools in Miradi Share. Data created in Miradi Share will also be available in Miradi Desktop.
Access to the new work planning features: The new work planning tools are only available in program spaces associated with a Team Plan. Miradi Pro subscribers working on individual Miradi projects do not have access to the new features and will need to continue using Miradi Desktop for detailed work planning. If you would like to learn more about Miradi Share work planning and other features available with a Team Plan, contact us.

Subscription validation notifications
We have recently updated our subscription validation process and you might have seen a notice in Miradi Share letting you know that your subscription is currently inactive. Miradi is entirely funded by user fees, so we rely on your subscription to continue developing and supporting Miradi. Please review your options below to figure out the best next step for you.
If you think your Miradi subscription information is incorrect and you should have an active subscription, please contact us. We are happy to work with you to figure out how your subscription fees should be covered.
Viewing content in Miradi Share is always free.
Whether you are visiting Miradi Share as a public viewer, or you have a Miradi account with view-only access to projects or programs, you are welcome to browse Miradi Share for free. You should not be getting an inactive subscription notification if you only have viewer access.
To view your project permissions, navigate to your Account page under your name in the upper right of the Miradi Share window.
Scroll down to My Miradi Projects and find your Project Team Role. If you are an Editor, Manager or Owner, you will need a paid subscription. To change your permissions to view only, click on the name of the Miradi project and change your permissions to Project Viewer or Project Partner under PROJECT ADMIN / Miradi Access. Learn how to manage your Miradi access.
Creating and editing content in Miradi requires a paid subscription.
If you want to create Miradi projects or edit content as a Project Editor/Manager/Owner, or as a Program Admin or Manager, you will need a paid subscription. On your Account page you can see your project and program roles under My Miradi Programs and My Miradi Projects (see the instructions above).
If your subscription is not covered by your organization or a partner organization, you can purchase (or renew) a Pro plan. Learn more on the Pricing page.
If you think your subscription should be covered by an organizational Team plan, but the program space you are working in says the program does not have an active subscription, contact the Program Manager about updating the program subscription. You can contact the Program Manager from the home page of the program in Miradi Share.
If you are unable to find the appropriate contact information for your team's program space, or you think you should have an active subscription, contact us.
