Miradi Share has received a facelift!
Based on input from Miradi users, we have moved, renamed and created new content sections and pages to make your data easier to find. We have also provided many new hyperlinks between related pages to make it easier to jump between different views of your data, and discover new features that you didn't already know about.
Check out the new navigation and let us know what you think in the Comments section at the end of this article! (You will need to set up a free Miradi Help Center account to leave comments and suggestions. Just click "Sign In" at the upper right.)
Where can I find the old pages?

What's new & cool?
People & Groups all on the same page
Everyone associated with your Miradi conservation project or program can now be found under PROJECT OVERVIEW / People & Groups or PROGRAM OVERVIEW / People & Groups. This page includes Miradi users with access to Miradi projects or programs, as well as people and groups who are part of the broader conservation projects and program, including project resources for work planning and partners. (Learn more about the two different lists of people in Miradi.)
Project-level People & Groups
- The Miradi Access panel lists those people with Miradi accounts who have access to the project as Miradi Viewers, Editors, Managers, etc.
- The Team & Partners panel lists all the people and groups who have been added to the project as project resources or as project partners, for work planning purposes. NOTE: This list is unrelated to Miradi access.
- People with Project Editor access can manage these lists by clicking the "MANAGE MIRADI ACCESS" or "MANAGE TEAM & PARTNERS" link to access the Project Admin tools.
NOTE: Team & Partners information is also available under the new WORK PLANNING section.
Program-level People & Groups
- The Miradi Access panel lists those people with Miradi accounts who have access to the program or the associated Miradi projects. Use the Level selector to view a list of Program Members and Project Members and their permissions. (NOTE: Users who do not have sufficient Miradi program permissions will not see the Miradi Access panel.)
- The Team & Partners panel lists all the people and groups who have been added to the Miradi projects within the program space as project resources or as project partners, for work planning purposes. (NOTE: This list is unrelated to Miradi access.) Use the Type selector to view Persons or Groups included in Miradi projects.
- People with Program Admin or Program Manager access can manage these lists by clicking the "MANAGE MIRADI ACCESS" or "MANAGE TEAMS & PARTNERS" link to access the Program Admin tools.
Admin Tools get their own corner
Any pages related to managing users and how data is displayed (access, project versions, highlights, portfolios etc.) are now found in the PROJECT ADMIN and PROGRAM ADMIN sections (formerly called Report Management).
NOTE: These sections are still only accessible to Miradi users with appropriate permissions. (Learn more about Miradi User roles.) The page navigation bar for this section is gold-colored to distinguish it from the main blue / gray project and program pages that are visible to all project and program members.
PROJECT ADMIN
Three new pages have been added to the PROJECT ADMIN section:
- Miradi Project Version (formerly Timeline): Manage project versions, snapshots, and set the project publish status (Active, Draft, etc).
- Miradi Access (formerly Members): Manage Miradi user access to the project and the overall project's access (Team, Public, etc).
- Team & Partners (formerly People): Manage project resources, teams, and partners.
The following pages from the old project-level Report Management section are still included under PROJECT ADMIN: Highlights, Custom Data Views.

Two new pages have been added to the PROGRAM ADMIN section:
- Miradi Access (formerly Members): Manage Miradi user access to the program and the projects within the program.
- Team & Partners (formerly People): Manage all project resources, teams, and partners.
The following pages from the old program-level Report Management section are still under PROJECT ADMIN: Highlights, Portfolios, Custom Data Views, Report Document Templates, Bulk Import.

Within Miradi projects, all action planning tools can now be found under WORK PLANNING.
- Actions: Toggle between the action properties tree and the action chart.
- Timeframes: View the action timeframe chart and edit action timeframes. (NOTE: To set action timeframes, project and work plan dates must first be defined under PROJECT OVERVIEW.)

Project timeframes: Project Dates and Work Plan Dates
Project Dates and Work Plan Dates can now be viewed and edited under PROJECT OVERVIEW / Summary in the Timeframes panel.
NOTE: These dates must be set before any action timeframes can be defined in the WORK PLANNING section.
Reports & Data shows your data in different ways
A REPORTS & DATA section at the project and the program levels provides a variety of views for working with and exporting data in different ways.
- Dashboard: View a snapshot of how things are going at the project or the program level. Stay tuned for improved dashboard content and functionality in the future!
- Highlights: Customized links to priority custom data views and (for programs) project portfolios.
- Data Views: Now included in the main navigation menu, use the new Data View selector to find standard or customized views of project and program data. (NOTE: Data Views are also still available from the “shortcut” list to the upper right of the project or program name.)
- Report Document Export: Export project-level report documents to Word. For Programs, Word export is now available also for Program Viewers and Program Partners with permission to see project-level data.
- (Project) Factors and Classifications: Did you know you can edit basic factor and diagram data and classification selections in these tables?
- (Program) Classifications: View and export all standard and program-specific classifications.
Progress Tracking section cleaned up
The PROGRESS TRACKING section still includes all the same good pages and we've added one more:
- Project Status: It is now easier to record project-level progress updates, view all past project progress updates, and get an overview of progress on results chains, actions, results, and target impact – all on one page.
- Work with all the data from your theories of change in the Results Chains, Actions, Results, and Target Impact Trees.
- Toggle between the action properties tree and the Action Chart on the Actions page.
Program Projects are more prominent
At the program level, Miradi Projects are now easier to access directly under the PROJECTS section.
- Project List: View and navigate to all the projects you have access to. Star your favorites so they are easy to find under your MY PROJECTS menu in the upper left.
- By Portfolio: View projects sorted by portfolio.
Find your way in Miradi Share and discover new functionality
We have made it easier to jump between all the different views of your data, and easier to find new Miradi Share features you didn't know about!
Cross-links at the top of pages and/or in panels point you to additional ways of viewing your data.
Page Help - "?" next to the page name - provides guidance on how to use the page.
Table Help, located at the top right of all tables, provides guidance on how to work in the tables. Export any tables to .xls or .csv files, or expand the table view to full screen view.
Resize tree view panels horizontally to optimize screen space. Click and hold your cursor between the panels and drag left or right to resize the panels.
